(29/OCT/2014) Today morning, we were waiting for Guru Maharaj's call for the Caitanya Book work. Finally, at 12:30pm, Guru Maharaj called us. Before that, I went inside and Guru Maharaj just heard that due to chat-puja (celebrated by Bihar people), many places in Delhi have closed their shops and many are celebrating this festival. So when I entered his room, Guru Maharaj asked me, "Do you know chat-puja"? I didn't know. Then Guru Maharaj kept his two hands on his table and said, "Now Shyama Rasika Ji will speak a few words on this festival!" And I understood that Guru Maharaj was playing with us. So, I talked in my mixed Hindi for his pleasure about that unknown chat-puja. I said, "I am happy that Param Pujya Jayapataka Swami Maharaj has come to attend this great festival of India. And for this festival, in Delhi, we have given a holiday. Due to this festival, people enjoy their happiness and get out from their sadness. And finally, with these few words, I want to hand over the microphone to swamiji!" Then Guru Maharaj grabbed the imaginary mic from my hand and started to speak: "So everyone please vote on Lotus... And he waved his hand as if we are in the stage." Guru Maharaj and myself were laughing and laughing... Those 10mins were something different...

Like this, Guru Maharaj was asking each person who came into his room, one by one, their comment on this puja. No one knows what it is! Then Vidvan Gauranga Pr entered. Guru Maharaj asked him, "Oh, Pandit! Do u know"? He said, "Guru Maharaj, it is all crazy! No where it is mentioned in sastra..." (Laughter)

Then we started the Caitanya Lila Book. It was quite long today. Guru Maharaj agreed to give one hour daily for this project. But due to it's natural sweetness, today, it reached up to two hours. Then during this discussion, Guru Maharaj mentioned that, as per the sastra, "... During the month of Vaishak unmarried girls go to the Ganges and offer uncooked foodstuffs like fruits, Koi, flowers and flower garland and offer it to Lord Shiva to get a good husband. That time Nimai came and took their offerings and after that He blessed them that they will get a handsome, clever husband and will have seven children. Etc..." So Guru Maharaj said, "We should have such a program in Mayapur, where all girls can come and worship Lord Caitanya on the banks of Ganges during Vaishak month and get blessings from the Lord and get a good husband." And Vidvan Gauranga pr said to Guru Maharaj, "Even we can carry Bhajan Kutir Small Gaura Nitai deities to Ganges and girls can worship Them. Guru Maharaj said, "Yes! That will be a grand festival." (I just want to keep this in record. As it will surely happen in nearby future. Guru Maharaj's vision.)

Then, like this, we blissfully completed today's session. Then it was 2:30pm. Our shift time started. Today Janakiram pr switched to afternoon shift. And he fed Lunch Prasadam to Guru Maharaj and I was trying to prepare for the evening broadcast, editing the audio recordings and uploading files on the web for transcription. Tomorrow afternoon, all four days of Srila Prabhupada Katha should be available on www.jpsarchives.net.

Guru Maharaj was taking lunch as he was listening to emails. In one email, some devotee mentioned the word Chat-Puja and Guru Maharaj was laughing. Then we gave rest to Guru Maharaj.

At 6:30pm, Guru Maharaj called me and he woke up. Janakiram pr and Gokulapati pr, and Maha Puran pr assisted Guru Maharaj to get ready for the evening program. Meanwhile, I did the setup for the Mayapur.TV broadcast. Today, Guru Maharaj gave such a detailed description of the pastimes that happened in 1968. Due to His Holiness Bhadrinarayana Goswami Maharaj's request, Guru Maharaj started to do this Srila Prabhupada Katha. We asked questions to Guru Maharaj during his lecture to get more information and details about the pastimes. Also, the questions may help him remember more deeply so that we may get more nectar. This is for the next 10,000 years, the glories of Srila Prabhupada, "The Acharya of the Golden age - "THE GOLDEN ACHARYA""! In this live class, 110 viewers were present. After the live class, Guru Maharaj did Damodar Arati and Subhanga Govinda pr sang Damodarastakam. Then Guru Maharaj blessed all of us with Jagannath's toothbrush stick, gave Prasadam and went to his room. I got the opportunity to feed him dinner prasadam. Then Guru Maharaj went to bed. He called for reading sastra. Madhava Kanta pr, Subhanga Govinda and Maha Puran pr read the sastra, as we are now reading Bengali books to Guru Maharaj. 28/OCT/2014 - New Delhi

(28/OCT/2014) Today, we started our Caitanya Book work with Guru Maharaj at 12:45pm and it went until 2:15pm. Every lila is very interesting, but today's pastimes were more sweet. After that, I got the opportunity to feed Guru Maharaj lunch and during lunch, Maha Mantra pr entered the room and offered Prasadam from ISKCON Delhi (Srila Prabhupada Disappearance Day Festival Prasadam). It is all sweets and cakes. We immediately took that aside and kept it out. Guru Maharaj asked for that basket and we again brought it in. He opened the basket and searched all over and got one kachori. He took that out and gave back the rest. We said, "No! It is deep fried. You are not supposed to take it." While we were telling, Guru Maharaj took a piece and ate it. Then Gokulapati Madhava pr said, "Guru Maharaj, you should not eat this." Guru Maharaj didn't listen; he was laughing. And seeing Guru Maharaj, Gokulapati Madhava pr said, "Srila Prabhupada liked Kachori very much!" Then Guru Maharaj gave him a piece, and he gave a piece to Maha Puran pr. Then no one talked anything. I said to Guru Maharaj, "You are bribing us with kachori." He was laughing and eating, and Ekanath Gaura pr entered the room. Immediately, Guru Maharaj gave him a piece, and then a piece to Maha Varaha pr. He gave a piece to me too. He was so happy to eat that kachori and said, "Even though according to my diet, I should not touch this, this is Srila Prabhupada's favorite and his prasadam from the temple offered on his disappearance day. So I ate, and gave to you all." We didn't say anything. Then Danya Nimai Pr said, "Yesterday I heard one of Srila Prabhupada's lecture and he was telling in that lecture, 'If you ask any tree in Vrindavan, it can give you any number of kachoris...'"Hearing that, Guru Maharaj was feeling ecstatic and was crying in love to Srila Prabhupada. Then he was doing email correspondence, and then Guru Maharaj took rest in the afternoon.

In the evening, Guru Maharaj came to the hall at 8:00pm and started Srila Prabhupada Katha. There were 70 viewers today. Then neighbors also came today. During the class, His Holiness Kavichandra Swami Maharaj came to see Guru Maharaj. He had just arrived from Nepal and was going to Vrindavan. He updated Guru Maharaj about the Nepal visit and about the Damodar programs in Thailand, etc. Maharaj was also listening to Guru Maharaj's Srila Prabhupada Katha. Then Madhava Kanta pr immediately prepared dinner according to Maharaj's diet and Maharaj was taking his Prasadam and listening to Guru Maharaj's talk. Then Guru Maharaj and Kavi Chandra Maharaj did Damodar Arati along with the servants. Later, Maharaj took leave from Guru Maharaj and went to Vrindavan. The neighbors started Hare Krishna Maha Mantra chanting today, so Guru Maharaj blessed them with Jagannath stick and blessed their bead bags and Japa malas. Then Guru Maharaj distributed Prasadam to everyone and met Dr. Rajeev, who had come to see Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj went to his room at 10:00pm, had his dinner, and went to bed at 11:00pm. 27/OCT/2014 - New Delhi

(27/OCT/2014) Today, Guru Maharaj called us early for the Caitanya Book recording. Vidvan Gauranga pr was trying to prepare for today's section but, we still needed some material we from Mayapur. Finally, with the help of the Archives Devotee staff, I got the needed materials scanned and sent on time. It is really amazing that we got everything on time. Guru Maharaj dictated the summary of today's section and soon after, got ready.

We all thought that for Srila Prabhupada's disappearance day, Guru Maharaj may go to ISKCON Sri Sri Radha Parthasarati temple. We didn't stress it much to him as this day is his spiritual master's day. We can't say anything. But due to his tiredness, he didn't go. When he was there in the ILBS hospital, Guru Maharaj was saying to us, "If Krishna wills, I will go to Vrindavan for Srila Prabhupada's Disappearance day Festival!" Many devotees were expecting that Guru Maharaj will come to Vrindavan.

Finally, the program was arranged in the house itself. A very small Srila Prabhupada deity was brought for the abhishek. and Guru Maharaj came and did his Gayathri in front of Srila Prabhupada. Then he offered flowers to Srila Prabhupada. Maha Varaha pr was leading the kirtan, and after him, Maha Puran pr started to lead. Meanwhile, Golokeshwara Govinda pr arranged for the abhishek.

I remembered the song Yadi Prabhupada Na Hoito and Guru Maharaj had said many times that, "During Srila Prabhupada's appearance day and disappearance day or in any day, we can sing this song as an offerning." So I immediately downloaded a Bengali copy from my mail and I asked Prasanna Gauranga pr, who was busy in the kitchen cooking for Srila Prabhupada according to Guru Maharaj's diet, but compelled him to come and sing. Finally, he came and sang the song while Guru Maharaj was doing abhishek to Srila Prabhupada. I felt bad in my heart that Guru Maharaj was supposed to be in a big festival celebrating with thousands of devotees but he is celebrating just with a few of his servants. But on the other hand, by the Lord's mercy, somehow I was with him.

Then Guru Maharaj went to his room and he was too tired. He wanted to take some rest before his breakfast. We woke him up after one hour and fed him Srila Prabhupada's Maha Prasadam to him at 2:30 pm. Meanwhile, we all offered Pushpanjali and Aarti to Srila Prabhupada, and  then we had Prasadam. Then Guru Maharaj took his lunch and went to rest.

In the evening, we had the second day of Srila Prabhupada Katha. Guru Maharaj glorified Prabhupada by narrating his early day memories. He said, "Today I will speak on 'How I met Srila Prabhupada!'" Before class, he did Damodar arati. When he went near the altar, Guru Maharaj said, "I want to see Prabhupada!" Then we picked up a photograph and showed him. He touched Srila Prabhupada's lotus feet and meditated for some time.  Then he started the class. Today, there were 100 viewers on Mayapur.tv and Guru Maharaj also tried to make it on time at 8:00pm. The class was very interesting and detailed. We were all laughing and it was something  different - many pastimes were those that we had never heard before. Suddenly, Guru Maharaj said, "We stop here and continue tomorrow." Everyone was feeling why Guru Maharaj was stopping the nectar as it could go on for at least 10 more minutes. But he was tired. Then Guru Maharaj met a neighbor who had visited Mayapur recently. She was a cousin sister of His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj. Guru Maharaj gave her blessings and then distributed prasadam to her and all the servants, and then went to his room. He had his dinner Prasadam and went to bed. (Personal Diary -Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(26/OCT/2014) Today morning 10 am. Vidvan Gauranga pr started working on Caitanya Book, Bk. Shyam and myself was assisting him. And at 12:45pm we started the Caitanya book successfully. And Guru Maharaj started to dictate after reading the seven authentic books on Lord Caitanya. Everyday Guru Maharaj going to do this morning one hour and evening Srila Prabhupada Katha. As Guru Maharaj's godbrother's requested him to write or record his memories about Srila Prabhupada. Guru Maharaj utilizing this health recuperating period to complete these books. And I am especially happy that, in some way I am assisting his assistants. Then I was doing my afternoon shift and also trying to do some assistants in Caitanya Book Project. As we announced today that we are going to broadcast Guru Maharaj's Srila Prabhupads Katha live. So we were trying to work on it. And Guru Maharaj gave recording for his diciples and in that he explained his present activities etc. And Guru Maharaj gave lot of time for Danya Nimai pr to do email correspondence.

Then after his evening rest. Guru Maharaj got ready and came to the hall and started his Srila Prabhupada Katha. And it was very wonderful. As only servants were in front of him and we all enjoyed it. And 65 viewers were there watching with us live through Mayapur.TV (Jayapataka Swami Channel). And after the katha Guru Maharaj did Damodar arato along with servants and he distributed Tirupati Balaji Laddus for all the servants and took his dinner and went to bed at 11:00pm. I didn't get much interactions, as I was busy with other services. Whenever he need me, I made it to be infront of him. And we were trying to give him as much as rest, possible. (25/OCT/2014) Last Night Guru Maharaj had mild fever due to the medicine that was injected in the Hospital. So morning Guru Maharaj was resting continuously until 11am. He was too tired. Then he got up. And he took shower.

We joined our shift at 2 pm. Guru Maharaj was chanting his morning and noon gayathri together. It took lot of time. Then he had his lunch. Guru Maharaj said, "From today I will follow wheat diet. No more rice." And during lunch time Guru Maharaj calles Vidvan Gauranga pr to discuss about Caitanya Book, and other book projects. Then meanwhile one devotee who is doing Ph.D came to take Darshan of  Guru Maharaj from Switzerland. And Guru Maharaj had special project for him. He is a flute player and doing musical school. His name is Bhadrarupa pr.

After lunch again Guru Maharaj met him and spoke for few mins. And Guru Maharaj gave him a very special service. The service is, "Guru Maharaj has 4 books full of Bengali songs with it Ragas. So it needs to composed with Raga according to Gaudiya Vaishnava ragas and also in inco raga." When I was repeating mistakenly I said, 'American raga', immediately Guru Maharaj said, "There is no raga in America." And imitated how Americans use guitar and do rock musics. And we all laughed see Guru Maharaj doing that in action.

Then Guru Mahaaraj said, "Once i asked about how to perform sankirtan yajna? To  His Holiness Gaur Govinda Maharaj, and he asked me to refer a book of Vasu Ghosh's songs. And there was a song explaining how to perform SANKIRTAN yajna (ahanda nama yajna). So we are following it." Only experts can sing the ragas given in the book itseems. But some interesting project now has come out from Guru Maharaj's lotus mouth. May be it is all he wanted. His desires. Then Guru Maharaj went to bed to take rest.

Later in the evening Guru Maharaj got up and took his evening milk, and took his cycling wheel chair and went to the hall to do Damodar arati. After performing the Damodar arati. He distributed Prasadam to devotees. And did some cycling exercises. Then came back to his room and took his dinner. And went to bed.

And from tomorrow Guru Maharaj is going to be online every evening LIVE. And going to speak on Srila Prabhupada Lila. Tentatively from 8pm to 9pm (IST). And we are planning to broadcast through Mayapur.tv (Jayapataka Swami Channel). Don't miss the nectars. (Personal Diary - Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(23/OCT/2014) On this day, six years ago, our beloved Guru Maharaj got a stroke. Six years have passed. I always consider the 23rd of October as a very inauspicious day, personally - the day Kali thought he won. But he didn't know about this boomerang - now it is back. Three years back, we were trying to make a documentary on Guru Maharaj's participation in Navadvipa Mandala Parikrama in this health condition. We interviewed many sannyasis, leaders, and devotees. Somehow or other, everyone uttered the same words, "Who can stop him?! He is unstoppable!" It is true. Even Kali can't stop him. Guru Maharaj has said this many times and I have heard it personally. Devotees normally say that we are fighting against maya, but Guru Maharaj (Acharya) says, "I am fighting against Kali!" And it is true. Of course, Guru Maharaj wants every one of his disciples to join in this war and plant the flag of victory in every place.

Today being Diwali, Madhava Kanta pr orgazined a big feast for all of Guru Maharaj's servants. Radhapati Gopinath pr and family prepared 28 items. We have to thank them for their love and kindness. When I went to see Guru Maharaj at 2 pm, he was chanting his Gayathri, lying on his bed. He seemed to be too tired today. It was completely silent. After a while, he finished his Gayathri chanting. Today, I and bk.Shyam were in the shift. Guru Maharaj was too tired, so I told him, "Please take some more rest and I will wake you up and feed you lunch prasadam." He didn't speak much; just two words - 15 minutes. Then he slept. I woke him up after 20 minutes and started to feed him lunch. He was extremely tired, but Guru Maharaj asked me to send an SMS to all the nurses who came to treat him in ILBS hospital, inviting them to the temple. I asked him, "Are all the meetings over? Or are there any more meetings?" He said, "Everything is over today. No afternoon session." Then I started to feed Guru Maharaj Prasadam.

One disciple was there in the room, and he showed a video message to Guru Maharaj from Mayapur devotees. The message was nothing but a loud chanting of "Gauranga!!! Gauranga!!! Gauranga!!!" Guru Maharaj just raised his hands and replied with, "Gauranga!!!" Today Bk. Shyam was my assistant and he is new. I have to make him run for all small things. As that devotee was speaking with Guru Maharaj, I started to feed Guru Maharaj slowly. He was too tired so I allowed that devotee to speak with Guru Maharaj. As the conversation was going on and on, Guru Maharaj didn't know how much he was eating. It was helpful and easier to feed him his quota of Prasadam.

During the conversation, Guru Maharaj discussed many different subject matters. Today Guru Maharaj was in a different mood. He was thinking about something and he was crying. He is always in some transcendental mood. I didn't want to disturb him. Then Guru Maharaj said, "... Srila Prabhupada said having sex only for procreation is the goal of Grihasta Ashram. It is a gradual process. So I am not saying that high standards nowadays to my disciples. I simply want them to engage in Krishna's service. All these standards will manifest automatically. So I simply ask them to chant and do some service to the Lord, read books." Guru Maharaj's voice got choked and tears started to flow. It was a heart moving moment. How much Guru is being merciful? Like this, there were some serious instructions and some jokes and he was discussing about the Yogurt shop in Penang, Malaysia "Yes, Yogurt." It was a very interesting afternoon.

After his lunch, we gave him rest, but he didn't sleep at all. He kept on chanting and he was feeling some happiness or joy. He was laughing, crying etc. Who can speculate? It is above our thoughts, must be transcendental.

He woke up after 40 mins and took a  shower. Again, I forced him to go to bed. He didn't sleep, but at least he was resting. He got up at 6 pm and asked for his evening milk and fruits. Meanwhile, Guru Maharaj remembered the Sankirtan devotees who are all performing the Vraja Mandala Parikrama, currently in Barsana. So Guru Maharaj wanted to send a message to them. I did a recording of his dictation. He spoke for 5 minutes in Bengali. He gave instructions to the disciples to avoid Vaishnava Aparadha, Dham Aparadha etc., and get the mercy of Vraja to do Gauranga Seva.

Then we all went along with Guru Maharaj to ISKCON Delhi, Sri Sri Radha Parthasarati Temple. Guru Maharaj has been hankering to see Them every day. Finally, today, he made it. In the temple, they made special arrangements for Guru Maharaj to have a peaceful Darshan. His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj came personally to receive Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj asked us all to remove the masks as he didn't want to be a patient. Meanwhile, Gopal Krishna Maharaj came with a mask and Guru Maharaj said, "Remove it! I am not a patient any more!" Immediately, Maharaj removed the mask and Guru Maharaj hugged him. Along with Guru Maharaj, Gopal Krishna Maharaj also went through the whole Darshan and did Damodara arati. Guru Maharaj wanted to take Darshan of Srila Prabhupada so Maharaj took him. Then Guru Maharaj took charanaamrita and washed his hand. As soon as Guru Maharaj moved his from that place, a number of devotees just attacked the hand washed water and that prabhu struggled to give everyone a drop of it.

Then Guru Maharaj asked Gopal Krishna Maharaj for some salty Prasadam and Maharaj asked devotees to bring it. Meanwhile, Guru Maharaj was discussing different things with Maharaj. Then he came down from the lift and thanked the devotee Brahmacari who is taking care of construction services of ISKCON temples around Delhi city. Guru Maharaj thanked Gopal Krishna Maharaj and Maharaj thanked Guru Maharaj for coming. Like this, God-brothers were exchanging their love. Guru Maharaj met Dr. Rajeev and his wife (Dr), and said the same, "I want you also to be the doctor for the soul!" When Guru Maharaj was getting in to the car; Gopal Krishna Maharaj asked, "Who is the diver?" And he checked even a small details. Such a care. Then we came back from the temple to our residence. The whole of Delhi was full of the sounds of fire-crackers. When Guru Maharaj entered the home, he had got laddu Prasadam from temple and distributed them as Diwali sweets to all of his servants. He asked a girl who was there regarding how many rounds she is chanting? She said she was chanting six rounds. Guru Maharaj calculated and said, "Oh! You are doing 3.6 million times chanting of the holy name of Krishna!" Then he was taking his dinner and in between, he asked me to check if that girl's mother, who had promised to chant one round from Diwali, was chanting. Like this, he was unstoppable. (22/OCT/2014) Guru Maharaj spent the whole morning today in the GBC Comm meeting. He was very tired. When we joined the shift, it was Guru Maharaj's lunch time but he was extremely tired. Finally, we managed to feed him his lunch. Since he was too tired, he couldn't eat much. Then we asked him to take some rest but he didn't agree. Then Guru Maharaj wanted to attend the afternoon seasion of the GBC Comm meetings. He started to attend the meeting and Maha Varaha pr came in to assist Guru Maharaj for repetition. The meeting went on for nearly 4 hours. Then we gave a shower to Guru Maharaj and we asked him to perform damodara arati, to which he agreed. He came out and did Damodara arati along with his secretaries and servants and did his Gayathri. Then, he distributed Prasadam to servants. Finally, he got extremely tired, but we asked him to take his dinner and go to sleep. He agreed and finally went to bed at 9:30pm. It was early and we wanted him to take nice rest.

It is something really pitiful and I always ask for forgiveness whenever the situation comes where we command him or force him. He is our spiritual master, but he is really like a child. He tells jokes, sings songs, tells stories etc. What kind of mercy is the Lord bestowing on us? It is really something we can't imagine. Thanks to the Lord. (Personal Diary - Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(21/OCT/2014) Today afternoon, when I joined in my shift, Guru Maharaj had just finished his shower. He was extremely tired after attending the long morning session of GBC Comm meetings. He was too tired that he was not in a position to take his lunch. We requested Guru Maharaj to take a nice rest and said we would feed him lunch afterwards. He agreed and we put him on the bed for rest. He rested nicely for more than an hour. Then he woke up and chanted gayathri. After that, Guru Maharaj met Radha Jivan pr (TOVP fund raiser) and the main leader who is fighting for 'Save Yamuna.' He had a conversation with them and they got the blessings. Guru Maharaj had his lunch and continued his afternoon meetings over Skype. Then Dr. Rajeev and Dr. Rajeev Khanna came to see Guru Maharaj; Guru Maharaj said, "Delhi is now being attacked..." They couldn't understand. Then Guru Maharaj said, "Diwali, crackers started to explode!!!" Yes! Here, the diwali celebration has started. We were hearing continuous cracker sounds throughout the evening. Then I got the opportunity to read some mails and letters to Guru Maharaj.

In the evening, Guru Maharaj got ready and came to offer Damodar Arati. Today was also Tusti Mohan Krishna Pr's birthday which he came alone to celebrate with Guru Maharaj with special permission. He also got Guru Maharaj's blessings. After Damodar Arati, Guru Maharaj cut the birthday cake with Tustimohan Pr and distributed prasadam. After that, Guru Maharaj came back to his room and took his dinner. He was discussing a few things with Ikshvaku pr as he is leaving tomorrow back to Mayapur. Then Guru Maharaj went to bed. I took a chance to read Brihad Bhagavatamrita to Guru Maharaj for one hour till he went to sleep. Due to the GBC meetings, there are not many activities and he is completely giving his time and energy to the meetings. Whatever activities that Guru Maharaj does are all transcendental. (20/OCT/2014) Today I joined in my afternoon shift, as usual but Guru Maharaj was still participating in the GBC meeting through Skype. Only Maha Varaha pr was with Guru Maharaj for repetition so we waited till the meeting got over and then went in.

Guru Maharaj had a late breakfast so he just had some juices. He was not feeling hungry to eat lunch so he decided to do exercise. He walked from his room to the hall - 54 steps. During that time Guru Maharaj asked Siromani Mathaji, "What is the news"? And she said, "I heard from one devotee girl from Manipal saying that one other student told her about you. She met you when she was 6 years old in the Hyderabad airport with some devotees who had taken her. She was dancing in the airport during your arrival and you blessed her by garlanding her. Now, after 15 years, she is 21 years old and getting into Krishna Consciousness. She expressed that I know him!!!" It was really amazing how even a moment's of association is transformational in spiritual life. Then Guru Maharaj said that he will do cycling with the cycle wheel chair. While we were setting up the chair, Guru Maharaj asked Radha Kisori Mataji about the Damodar Program, and she also explained how they held the program last evening in a park in their area and lots of kids came and helped to orgazine. There were 130 people offering lamps. I gave some reports that I received from Madurai and other places. Guru Maharaj was so happy. Then he started to do his cycling and Siromani Mathaji said, "My father built this house in the Kuwait style." Then Guru Maharaj said, "There are lot of cats. Do you have any cats here?" "She said, "No!" Then Guru Maharaj said, "Cats are considered always muchi, they always clean themselves with their tongue (and other reasons)." Then, like this, he did few cycling exercise for 20 minutes. Then, Guru Maharaj went to his room, chanted his gayathri and took his lunch. During lunch, itself, Guru Maharaj started to attend the GBC TOVP meeting. We got the news that His Holiness Kavichandra Swami Maharaj and His Holiness Bir Krishna Goswami Maharaj were on the way from Delhi airport to Vrindavan dham, and they wanted to visit Guru Maharaj. They reached in a short time.  When they entered the room,  they immediately hugged Guru Maharaj who was sitting on his chair; that moment was very ecstatic! They all had some discussions and left to Vrindavan. Afterwards, we asked Guru Maharaj to take rest, but he denied and attended the meeting for 3.5 hrs. At least  he accepted to lay down on the bed and attend it. Followed by theTOVP meeting, there was the Mayapur GBC Comm meeting. During this meeting, Maha Varaha pr was with Guru Maharaj. We just went inside for a few minutes to give water or to see if there was any other need. Like this, he was continuously in meetings till 7:15pm; he didn't take rest. At last, we finally forcefully closed the laptop and asked him to take rest. He somehow agreed but didn't take rest. He was chanting, he asked for milk, fruits etc and like this, he was continuously speaking, chanting, etc. Then we left Bk.Shyam inside and we all went out. His Holiness Bhakti Vinoda Swami Maharaj came to see Guru Maharaj. He waited till Guru Maharaj woke up from his short rest. Till that time, Maharaj was talking with Maha Varaha Pr about Guru Maharaj's health updates.

When Guru Maharaj got ready, BV Maharaj entered the room. As soon as Guru Maharaj saw him, he started to shoot questions: "How are you Maharaj? How is your health, I heard that you were sick?..." Like this question after question and Maharaj was answering one by one. I was thinking that actually Maharaj came to see Guru Maharaj because he is sick. But Guru Maharaj changed the whole scene. Then Maharaj was discussing different topics.

Guru Maharaj went to the hall to perform Damodar Arati along with his secretaries and servants. Today also Prasanna Gauranga Pr (Guru Maharaj's cook) sang Damodarastakam. Guru Maharaj offered Arati and asked everybody to do arati. Then he started chanting Gayathri in front of the Saligram Silas and the Kirtan was going on. After Damodarastakam, Prasanna Gauranga pr sang Jaya Radha Madhava Radha Madhava Radhe... Srila Jayadever pranadhana he... Jaya Radha Krishna Giti. After kirtan, Guru Maharaj took his wheel chair and cycled toward his room. Everyone followed him and suddenly he stopped his cycling and called Prasanna Gauranga pr and said, "You sang for Gopal bhatta prana dhana he, some other deity name. You are supposed to sing Radha Ramana Radha Ramana Radhe!" And he said, "Sorry Guru Maharaj!" Guru Maharaj notices all the details and corrects then as soon as possible. Guru Maharaj distributed nuts to the secretaries and servants and Dr. Rajeev, then went back inside his room and started his dinner. His Holiness Bhakti Vinoda Swami Maharaj was with Guru Maharaj discussing about Guru Maharaj's health, and about Bhakti Vinoda Swami Maharaj's preaching activities, about his Europe tour etc. Guru Maharaj asked about Kerala Preaching and Maharaj told about the Palaghat Ratha yatra and many other activities. Also, he importantly spoke about the 50th anniversary of when Srila Prabhupada's Books got loaded into the Jaladuta Ship and Srila Prabhupada was there in that harbour in Cochin. So he plans to do a big celebration next year and invited Guru Maharaj. They are going to release the 18 volume full Srimad Bhagavatam set in Malayalam at that time. Hearing this, Guru Maharaj was really happy and overwhelmed. Then Guru Maharaj gave some of his Prasadam to Maharaj to taste it and like this, dinner took a long time. Then, Maharaj took his leave and headed towards Vrindavan.

At last, Guru Maharaj went to bed at 11:30pm and I got the opportunity to read Brihad Bhagavatamrita to Guru Maharaj. I read only four slokas with purports and as soon as he started to sleep, I left from the room. It is always wonderful to be in his association. (19/OCT/2014) Today afternoon I joined my shift at 2pm. And Guru Maharaj just started Prasadam, and I started to feed him. And then immediately we put him on sleep as was too tired after attending the morning GBC meeting over Skype.

Evening 5:00pm Guru Maharaj got up and immediately joined the afternoon session of GBC meeting and Maha Varaha pr was with Guru Maharaj and helping him in the meeting. After the meeting Maha Varaha pr called Sambha pr (Vishakapattanam) temple president and asked about the recent cyclone attack in Vizhag and he gave the report of how much our ISKCON Vizhag temple got affected. As per his talk it is badly affected. Then Guru Maharaj gave some ideas on how to build the new structures or buildings there. And Guru Maharaj immediately said, "I will give some donation to recover from this disaster." And he also said, "Guru Maharaj means emergency aid."

I got the chance to read out the answers of Mercy Contest Question number 29. And many asked about Guru Maharaj's health and many shared their damodar program activities. And then Guru Maharaj took shower and he got ready and sat on his wheel chair and came out from his room. And he called chotta madhava and said, "Are you ready for the race today."

And Guru Maharaj did Damodara arati along with secretaries and servants. Prasanna Gauranga pr (Guru Maharaj's Cook) he sang Damodarastakam. Today, Dr. Rajeev joined Guru Maharaj in the evening program. As Dr. Achyutananda pr going to Pushkar tomorrow; Dr. Rajeev will come and visit Guru Maharaj next two days. Soon after arati Guru Maharaj distributed nuts to Doctors, His Sectretaries, His Servants and few serving local devotees. Then he went inside his room to take his dinner and Dr. Rajeev was invited inside his room. Guru Maharaj started to take his Prasadam. And also he asked to give one plate of Prasadam to Doctor. But the doctor was too shy to take Prasadam in front of Guru Maharaj due to respect. He just took banana and said, "I will take it later Guru Maharaj Ji!" Then Guru Maharaj gave some of his Prasadam to taste it. And like this Guru Maharaj was showering his mercy on him. Then Guru Maharaj was chanting Gayathri and took leave from my shift. (18/OCT/2014) Today at 2pm, I joined the afternoon shift. When we entered, Guru Maharaj had just finished his participation in the GBC meeting, through Skype, which is being held in Tirupati. Then he took his lunch and went to bed.

At 5pm, he got up and immediately joined the GBC meeting, but the meeting got over early today. Guru Maharaj really got disappointed. However, Lokanath Maharaj, Kavichandra Maharaj, Niranjana Maharaj, Bir Krishna Goswami Maharaj, Virabahu pr, and Anuttama pr all updated Guru Maharaj about the afternoon session and they had some conversations with Guru Maharaj and asked about his health etc. Guru Maharaj was so happy to speak with each of them.

Then Guru Maharaj asked Sadasivananda Pr to gather the Tirupati devotees, headed by Revati Raman pr, to come on Skype. They all gathered and Guru Maharaj met them all. Revati Raman Pr introduced each devotee who is under him and told Guru Maharaj about their specific responsibilities and their respective services in this GBC meeting. Guru Maharaj blessed them all. One devotee in that group invited the GBCs and Srila Prabhupada disciples to the meetings with purna kumbha and chanting of vedic mantras. He chanted the mantras on Skype and invited Guru Maharaj to Tirupati as well. Then Revati Raman pr said that every three months, we change the Head of Department of the Pujari department. He said that one devotee is not ready to take that responsibility and needs your blessings. It is like the Madhva maths (there are 8 maths and once every two years, one math will take up the Lord's service; this is called Periyaya.) Similarly, this happens here once every 3 months. Then Guru Maharaj said, "Actually, you should make a big ceremony of handing over the key, keeping it in a velvet pillow, and in front of Radha Govinda, the devotee should accept the responsibility. And in this way, in his three months period, he should make much development in the Lord's service." Guru Maharaj continued, "In 1968, in Montreal, I was the President, Treasurer, Pujari, Cook, and Manager. At that time, I cooked 26 preparations. It was a chappana bhoga, half. Then, I was also pujari. I asked someone to make up the tray (arati plate) and I ran and took shower and then I took the plate to offer to the deities and I was feeling so blissful. I can't explain it through words. I felt so blissful, I was completely engaged from morning till noon. And then we had Sunday feast. Everyone loved those 26 preparations. At that time, we had around like 200 guests and they give $2 donation each. Everyone gave more, but the average was $2. And that was how we maintained the temple. That's $400. We got all the fruits and vegetables donated. So whatever service you do, if you are fully engaged and if you please Krishna, you will feel blissful. We were getting only 200 guests for the Sunday program, but in Tirupati, you are getting, every 10 minutes, 200 people. Such a wonderful boost for all the Tirupati ISKCON devotee leaders." And Guru Maharaj asked, "This month is urad daal fasting, and how do you manage to give dosa and idly to GBCs?" They replied, "We are using mung daal and other grains. But it is a little hard." Guru Maharaj said, "You give more sambar and chutney..." and laughed. Guru Maharaj then briefly explained about his health situation now. And he said, "By hearing all these happy and successful preaching reports, I am feeling blissful and healthier." Guru Maharaj suggested to Revati Raman pr to give ghee lamps to all the visitors to offer arati to Mother Yashoda and Child Damodar. They said that they are trying to do that - so far, their approximate count is 5000 visitors who have offered arati. Guru Maharaj asked, "I want the exact number, keep it all in track. I heard one of the Bangalore temples planned for 15,000 house visits in the month of Damodar and Sadasivanda pr said they did Damodar program in one school and had 3000 students including teachers performing Damodar arati. It is all inspiring me a lot." Then, Guru Maharaj blessed all the Tirupati devotees who are really doing a wonder by hosting the GBC meeting in Tirupati and taking care of all the GBCs and Srila Prabhupada disciples. Guru Maharaj was extremely pleased with them.

Then Guru Maharaj took a nap. Iksvaku prabhu read a few messages to Guru Maharaj after Guru Maharaj woke up. Then, Guru Maharaj remembered one disciple from Hungary whom he initiated in 2007 in a camp in Serbia. He wanted to somehow contact her, so Iksvaku pr has been trying to get the contact information through the JPS office database.

Next, Guru Maharaj got ready and sat on his cycling wheel chair and he drove himself to the hall and did Damodar Arati along with the secretaries and servants. Guru Maharaj had a cycle race with Chotta Madhava. It was a blissful race with Guru Maharaj there. In this way, it was a wonderful evening. Then Guru Maharaj had his dinner and chanted his gayathri and he asked me to calculate the totql amount of protein that he had taken during the whole day. He was very particular about the details, so it took 30 minutes of calculations to pen down the total amount. Finally, I left Guru Maharaj's room, and Golokeshwara pr and Maha Puran pr joined the night shift. - (Personal Diary - Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(17/OCT/2014) Today Guru Maharaj got discharged from Hospital 10:30am and Guru Maharaj visited the place alloted for temple or for religious purpose. And Guru Maharaj suggested that we should have a spiritual care department in this Hospital as like Bhaktivedanta Hospital with their help. And by 11:30am reached the residence.

And immediately started attending GBC meeting through skype. And His Holiness Radhanath Swami maharaj, His Holiness Kavi Chandra Swami Maharaj, His Holiness Bir Krishna Goswami Maharaj etc personally wished Guru Maharaj.

As I was in the temple, as per the instructions we have to join in our afternoon shift. And also we have to shift all Guru Maharaj luggages and servants luggages, kitchen items to the new venue.

I was talking with Golokeswara Govinda Pr, who was on the night shift every night with Guru Maharaj. He said, "Last night Guru Maharaj was sleeping; and his sleep was so much disturbed. But later at 4am, Guru Maharaj started to speak,  "Yes! Yes! Yes Prabhupada! No! Prabhupada! And like this he was continuously speaking and he was very serious at that moment. As if he is reporting something to Srila Prabhupada and as if Srila Prabhupada asking lot of Questions." He is always with Srila Prabhupada, he is eternal servant of Srila Prabhupada.

In the afternoon we reached the venue and every one was busy setting up things for Guru Maharaj.  Then we fed Guru Maharaj lunch, he was extremely tired. During his lunch itself, he started to sleep. Somehow we requested him to take nice rest. Guru Maharaj had a long rest. And we woke him up by 6pm. And he got up and said, "I was collapsed. I was too.tired." Immediately after getting up, he asked to call Tirupati and enquired about the mins of the meeting, etc. Then Guru Maharaj started to discuss about his diet, and it was very detail. And we were not able to digest. And finally we said, "it is very difficult to calculate such a detail Guru Maharaj!" Then Guru Maharaj said, "I am a scientist, I want to calculate all the details." Then we agreed to do.

Then Guru Maharaj got ready and came to the hall from his room to attend Damodar arati. And again it was wonderful, all the secretaries and servants assembled and Maha Varaha Pr led Damodarastakam kirtan. And Guru Maharaj was there till they read out translation of the whole song and he was listening to it. And then he did Gayathri infront of Saligram. Then we asked Guru Maharaj to take his dinner in the hall along with servants. Then Guru Maharaj accepted and had his dinner. Sandeep pr and Radha Kishori Mathaji and their son Madhava were serving Guru Maharaj. And Acintya Caitanya Pr and Siromani Mathaji's son Madhava were also there, so Guru Maharaj called, "Chotta Madhava; bada Madhava!" Then Guru Maharaj went to his room after his dinner.

Again Guru Maharaj started about finding the details of proteins in sun flower seed, and other seeds, nuts, diary products,  grains. And Radhapati pr was searching on Google and giving the answer to Guru Maharaj. And Guru Maharaj's list was extending and extending... At last Sandeep pr and his son Madhava also started to help Guru Maharaj in finding the proteins.  Then it was intense, so to change the topic I opened up a messages and started to read out one messge.  And Guru Maharaj replied for that message, at last Guru Maharaj replied to the message and in the end of reply he asked them,  "How much protein is there in Brazil Nut?" And everyone started to laugh. Then I got the chance to read out Mercy Contest Answers to Guru Maharaj.  And he gave the 29th question to post.

Then at last Guru Maharaj went to bed at 11:30pm. Seeing Sandeep Pr, Guru Maharaj said,  "if anyone want to massage then my legs are waiting for them." Then Sandeep pr and Radhapati pr started Massage Guru Maharaj's lotus feet.

I always see in our beloved Guru Maharaj,  the hundred percent conviction on Spiritual master and the service and surrendarance to Guru. So, he want to somehow, engage his disciple or aspiring devotee in some service to Guru. So that they get immense, unimaginable spiritual boost, or credit... It is really wonderful. Guru is everything. By whom we can easily achieve Krishna. Even though Krishna is everything,  but it is not possible for conditioned soul like me to achieve Him with His demand and the amount of surrender. So, only way is to stick with Guru's seva, instruction. And with his blessings achieving Krishna easily. I always want to thank Krishna for giving me this opportunity to be with my spiritual master and for giving the opportunity to do some service at his lotus feet. Jai Gurudev! (15/OCT/2014) Today Golokeswara pr stayed back in the Hospital after his night shift. As Guru Maharaj wanted to do a puja and prayers to Saligram silas before starting his special treatment.

We started from the temple with Guru Maharaj lunch prasadam, as Ruci-rangada pr and myself got into the auto rickshaw.  And we got stuck in the traffic. Somehow we reached 30mins. Late. Then Guru Maharaj did Gayathri and took his lunch.  Then he wen to bed. But he didn't get sleep. His clicker was clicking Tic, Tic, Tic. And he was chanting continuously.  I requested him to go to sleep. But somehow, every ten mins he asks something. Then he asked me read the Mercy Contest Answers. I said, "if read now and it will disturb your rest.  Then Maha Varaha pr will not allow me to serve you. So rest now, once you get up. I will read, lot of answers have come." Then he agreed and went to sleep. But he didn't sleep; he started to do his bed exercise and his chanting. Then finally he woke up and said, "I don't want to sleep during dwi light." Then we heard that A Doctor Sharin will be coming to see Guru Maharaj. So Guru Maharaj got up and sat on the chair and started to hand exercise. Then Doctor Sharin came to see Guru Maharaj. When he entered Guru Maharaj asked, "How are you Doctor?" Then Doctor said,  "when a patient ask doctor, how are you? That means he is alright and ready to discharge from the hospital." And then had a small meeting with Guru Maharaj.  And mostly Guru Maharaj will be discharged from the Hospital tomorrow. After that, Guru Maharaj dictated message to GBC meeting in Tirupati to convey it, Maha Varaha Pr and Isvaku pr recorded it. Then soon after Dr. Rajeev entered Guru Maharaj room and Guru Maharaj asked him about the birth of immature babies, who take birth in 8 months, if mother get high blood pressure and they deliver child. So what will be the side effects of that delivery to that child. And he answered. And Guru Maharaj said,  "One of my disciple had such delivery, so I just want to know." Then Dr . Rajeev asked, "Why just born babies have these difficulties? "

Then Guru Maharaj started to answer how according to one's karma, he suffer and enjoy. Some time,  we see some bad person have lot of rich,  money, etc. It is because he is enjoying his good karmas.  Karmas are calculated hundreds of births.

Then Guru Maharaj started to narrate a pastime from a purana, "Once there was a brahmana, who was very poor. And he decided to leave his good wife and go to foreign land and work. And send some money. But his wife said, "Already we don't have money, if you leave me then,  I will also won't have my husband. So please don't go." And he agreed due to his wife's will. And they don't have child.

In sastra it is mentioned  there are five kinds of children. 1. First kind of child is 'Enemy' to the parents. The second kind of child, is a child if you have a debt in the previous life then to pay that the child is born to get from you the debt. The third kind is karma, because of bad karma one gets a child and that child may be  bad child due to karma. The fourth child is Suputra - Good child. That Child does shraadha for the parents and he is very respectful and has all the  good qualities. The fifth kind is called the 'udasina'. He is not for or against the family. But he is also not interested in family. Of all these kind only the suputra is good. All others cause anxiety to the parents or they might be so attached.

But the husband he couldn't dettach. His wife then said, "Why don't you see Vasistha muni, he is visiting the next village. He knows the past present and future." So then the brahmana went to see Vasistha muni. He bowed down and Vasistha muni said, "In your previous life, I don't see any good thing you have done. You were a rich man and a sudra in your previous life. But you hide your money somewhere and you suddenly died. Your wife and child, although you were rich they don't have money. So because you caused them suffering, in this life you don't have children and no money." He asked, "But how do I am born as a brahmana? How I have such a nice wife?" Vasista Muni replied, "The one thing you did good. In the holy month of Vaishaka for three days you served vaisnavas. Because of that you got to be born as a brahmana and got good wife. He asked, "Now what should I do?" "Well! There are seven days left in Vaishaka,  do some Vaishnava seva you will have children and you will get money."

In some places in sastra it says vaishaka is the best and in some places it says Karthik is the best month. Karthik is generally better for advancing in Krishna consciousness. Vaishaka is same for advancing and for Material desires. Anyway there are all kinds of examples like this.

Just like in Damodar Lila, the two sons of Kuvera they were cursed to be trees in the house of Nanda Maharaj and saved by Nanda Kumar Krishna. They were watching Krishna's childhood pastimes then He pulled the motar and delivered them and devas they came out circumambulated Krishna and offered prayers that they can be His devotees and went back to their celestial abodes. So the soul is eternal the body dies so the doctors are the chemist of the body, they can help the body get cured. When our time is up; we go to next birth or back to spiritual world.

Vaishnavas always 'jivera-doya' - He feel sad if he see others in sadness, in pain as a devotees and the number of devotees of Lord Caitanya who were also doctors so being a doctor is a good profession for a vaisnava you should remember. I just want you to be a doctor for souls, so that we can take people back to spiritual world.

So like this Guru Maharaj gave a evening class for the doctor. It was really wonderful. I was doing the repetition to Dr. Rajeev. Then we prepared for Guru Maharaj's dinner. But before that we wanted to do the Damodar Arati.  So I made very basic arrangement. Isvaku pr played Damodarastakam kirtan on his mobile phone; and Maha Varaha Pr and all our shift devotees did the arati one after another after Guru Maharaj. Then Guru Maharaj had his dinner. Then night shift devotees arrived at 10pm. We all put Guru Maharaj into bed for rest. And prepared to leave. Then Guru Maharaj asked me to read out the answers from jpssecrets@Gmail.com. Then I started to read out two letters.  But it got delayed to go, as other devotees were waiting for me to go to temple. Then finally Guru Maharaj gave permission to leave. (14/OCT/2014) Today Pudarikaksha Govinda Pr came from Mumbai to see Guru Maharaj. From USA devotees got the medicine for his liver disease and sent it to India. This medicine was personally carried by His Holiness Bir Krishna Goswami Maharaj. And the medicine reached Mumbai and from Mumbai Pundarika pr carried it to Delhi. And gave it today morning to Guru Maharaj. And Guru Maharaj said, "You have saved my life." After Guru Maharaj darshan in Hospital, he came to see us in the temple and narrated this.

Golokeswara Pr told us in the morning that Guru Maharaj had fever last night. And then we started from temple to Hospital and reached at 2:15pm. Guru Maharaj was resting. And he told us, he had fever last night and it was there till 3am and I couldn't sleep properly. After 3 am I slept.

Today Tessi Nurse was on duty. When she entered Guru Maharaj asked her, "All the nurses are now chanting God's names, when they enter into my room. But you are not chanting." She didn't reply. She just continued her work. But Guru Maharaj was asking her, "You can chant any name, Jesus, Krishna any name." Then she said, "Hare Krishna!" Then Guru Maharaj said, "Why don't you tell th full mantra." Then he asked me chant the full mantra and asked her to repeat it. Then I chanted he mantra she repeated also Guru Maharaj repeated. Then Guru Maharaj said, "Thank you!" It is very nice to see them chanting the names of the Lord. When I was reading to Guru Maharaj from Brihat Bhagavatamrita, in that it is mentioned that nama-bhasa. Even chanting the holy names of th Lord, unknowingly as like Ajamila, the Lord reciprocate. He is so merciful. This simple chanting of the holy name deliver them, and what to speak of liberation, it is nothing. This is more than  that. Guru Maharaj who knows the essence and giving it to everyone.

Then Guru Maharaj had some tests; so we took him.  Dr. Sharin got to know that Guru Maharaj had fever. So he came earlier today to see Guru Maharaj and discussed with him. Guru Maharaj said, "I feel some connection with this Doctor. He is good." He took his lunch. And then went to bed for his afternoon rest. I read one message from a disciple seeking blessing for Damodar Program. And he mentioned about their planned reach out. Then Guru Maharaj gave them blessings and he was so happy to hear that. I remembered that the same thing he also mentioned to Srivallabha pr for his question, "What we disciples should do in this time for your health?" "...I would like to hear lot of successful preaching programs and improvements. Which will make me more healthier...

Also yesterday when Guru Maharaj was telling to His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj that, "I will here in Delhi for some time. I want to visit all our 12 different temples around Delhi. And which one is near by, I would like to visit first." Then Maharaj said, "There is a Jagannath Mandir near by, just 5 km from here. But it all small temples. Now you take rest Maharaj!" Guru Maharaj always thinking how to meet devotees and preach. He always inspired and the source of inspiration.

Then Guru Maharaj got up and in the evening, and he Thomas was on the duty. He came to give anti-biotic to Guru Maharaj. Then Guru Maharaj asked him to chant the Holy Name. And Guru Maharaj said, " You can chant any name, Jesus, Krishna, any." Then he chanted "Hare Krishna!" Then Guru Maharaj asked me to chant the whole mantra and he repeated it. Then he said, "I have heard this mantra in Village, but they sing with some tune." Then Guru Maharaj asked, "What tune they sing?" Then he sang the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra in a tune. And he is from Kerala. And he asked to you have ISKCON Temples in Kerala. Then Guru Maharaj started to list down the places. And Guru Maharaj said, "I visit many times to Kreals." And he started to explain Maha Mantra and the meaning of "Krishna, Rama, Hare" this mantra is to request to the Lord to engages in service. It is all like small classes. And they also listen and ask difdernt doubts. It was an interesting conversation.

Then Guru Maharaj got up, and we made the arrangements for the Damodar Arati, Ekanath Gaura Pr, Maha Varaha Pr, Acintya Caitanya Pr, Isvaku pr and Afternoon shift devotees joined with Guru Maharaj. And everyone sang Damodarastakam in chorus. We had one clay lamp and after Guru Maharaj showed his lamp we all showed it one by one. It was very wonderful moment. Very personal.

Then Guru Maharaj did his Gayathri chanting in front of Yashoda Damodar. Then he took his dinner. And I had opportunity to feed Guru Maharaj and Bk. Shyam helped me to feed Guru Maharaj. And it was 10pm. Our shift time ended. And Golokeswara pr and Maha Puran pr took over the service. Hopefully, everyday we want to do Damodar arati in our shift. And pray to Damodar to untie our Guru Maharaj from this Hospital suffering and make him travel around the world and preach, and more  Ratha Yatra Festivals, much more temple openings, etc... (13/OCT/2014) Today we went to the hospital at 2:30pm. Today in our afternoon shift were Ruci-rangata pr, Janakiram pr and myself. When we entered Guru Maharaj was resting. He was waiting for the doctor. And he said, he will take his lunch later. Priya Nurse enter the room to check Guru Maharaj's blood sugar. When she entered, she said loudly, "Hare Krishna! Guru Maharaj!" Then Guru Maharaj also replied back. Then she said, "Yesterday! I was discussing with my husband about you." Then Guru Maharaj said, "He would like to see him too. But i will get discharged in few days. As per the doc or." she said, "Oh! That is good you are discharging. We will come and see you in your ashram then..." Then Guru Maharaj said, "I will be here for sometime, you contact me and come and see me in our ISKCON Temple." I was seeing the drastic change happening in 24 hrs. Yesterday she was hesitant to say Lord's name or to accept a muffin sweet. But today... Then Guru Maharaj said, "Apply her that Nursing Oil." Immediately she showed her hand, and she said, "apply on my upper hand. Because I wash my hand every time, so I want to keep this blessing for long time." Then I thought, even i never thought like this. Such a miracles happening silently. This change of heart is just by a little service to Guru Maharaj, even thought it is their duty. But artificially or naturally they showed some love. And it reflected very much.

Then Guru Maharaj later he said, he will take his lunch. And Janakiram pr fed the lunch and I helped Guru Maharaj to chew it. As in his left hand they put IV line. Today is the last day for this IV. Tomorrow onwards there will be no IV line. Then after dinner Guru Maharaj went to rest. But the doctors called Guru Maharaj. So Ekanath Gaura Pr and Janakiram pr went with Guru Maharaj. There they removed 2 litres if fluid from Guru Maharaj's stomach. Which is really painful. I can't see him in that situation. So, I didn't go. It is just 10mins. But...

Then he came back and was resting. Guru Maharaj asked, "Why no one answering in the mercy contest?" I said, "Everyone is very much praying now for your health improvement. So their concentration is all on that now. Then he said, "NO! IT is not good. I want answers." Then I read few small letters from disciples." Then Guru Maharaj replied in two three lines.

Then His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj came to see Guru Maharaj. This is his second visit to see to Guru Maharaj in the hospital. Guru maharaj said, "You are the Sannyasi came twice to see me." As Maharaj leaving to Tirupati for GBC Meeting, before leaving Maharaj came to see Guru Maharaj. And they were discussing many different things. Maharaj was continuously insisting Guru Maharaj to take rest. And Maharaj said, "Now we have made the lift (elevator) arrangement, so you no need to struggle to go up for darshan." Guru Maharaj said, "Very Good." And Guru Maharaj was so happy to see Maharaj. And they were discussing about TOVP and and many topics. Guru Maharaj said, "Please accept my sastanga pranam..." Maharaj touched Guru Maharaj's hand and said, "We are your servants." Then Guru Maharaj said, "My pranams to Parameshwar hrdaya kamal... The almighty Lord, Supreme controller in your lotus heart..." it means, he want to pay his obeisances to the Paramatma. Then he said, He is staying in your, LOTUS heart. TheN Guru Maharaj asked, "Maharaj to take some rest as he was also travelling so much." Maharaj Brough deity garland from temple. Even though it is not allowed inside the hospital. But Guru Maharaj said, "Touch I on my head." So he got the blessings of the deities. Like this they were discussing for 30 mins. It was wonderful and when the God-brothers or Guru's meet together. They begin their talk saying "Jai Srila Prabhupada!" End their talk with "All glories to Srila Prabhupada!"  Then Guru Maharaj had a small meeting with Dr.Sharin. Then he took his dinner. And our shift got over very fast. Night shift devotees joined. And we left to temple. Today somehow, Guru Maharaj didn't get enough time to rest. Anyhow tonight he will have a deep sleep.

(12/OCT/2014) Today we reached the hospital at 2:30pm. And Guru Maharaj was resting. And I entered and he saw me and immediately he lifted his right and saluted, and I also did my salute and said, "Shyama Rasika Das Reporting Sir!" Guru Maharaj replied, "Jai Hind!!!" And then I went closer. And said, "Now we are shift. Please take rest." He took his hand and kept on head and blessed me. I don't what to do at that moment, how to react. I just put his hand on position. And asked him to take rest and I sat next to him. Then after 15 mins of rest, he called and said, "I want to chant my Gayathri." As the IV line was put in his left hand we tied up the left hand for safety. As Guru Maharaj forget that there is IV and just use his hand as normal and it may hurt him. So he asked me to untie him. And he chanted his Gayathri.

Then he saw, Janakiram pr who reached today morning came to see Guru Maharaj. And he will be in the morning shift from tomorrow and today he joined us in the afternoon shift. Then Janakiram pr fed lunch Prasadam to Guru Maharaj. And Guru Maharaj was watching Indian News Channel. And noticed that Visakapattanam is now having cyclone and big storm. So he asked Maha Varaha pr to call Visakapattanam  ISKCON temple and find out, how are the situation there. Then also call Tirupati temple and ask how are the GBCs as many might be travelling down to Tirupati via Orissa or Andra Pradesh.

He said yesterday, how these nurses are like Robots. They just do whatever the doctor prescribed. If the doctor forgets to change prescriptions or update it. They just follow the same. Good Disciple means they should be like this nurses. If the Guru forgets to call them for Prasadam, then they will fast...

And before today's lunch, Nurse Priya was on the duty (She is also a Christian). Guru maharaj said, "I wanted to give you a gift." But she said, "Just your prayers is enough Swami ji!!!" But Guru Maharaj insisted and said, "Please take this gift..." And gave her a muffin. But she was very reluctant to accept. But Guru Maharaj wanted to give her. Finally seeing Guru Maharaj, she accepted. But I was sure that, she is not going to eat it. Then I came out of Guru Maharaj room. And she said, "I don't want this... actually I was not able to say no to him that's what I accepted it. Please take it back." And she gave the muffin and left.

Then Guru Maharaj took his lunch and went to bed for afternoon rest. Suddenly during his sleep, she entered the room and said, "I have to give one injection. But Guru Maharaj was sleeping. Then Guru Maharaj woke up, and she gave the injection. And Guru Maharaj asked her even in his half sleep, "How was the muffin?" She said, "It was good." Guru Maharaj said, "it was made with fine vegetarian ingredients and PQ that is why it is tasty." Then he asked, "Do you want to know PQ?" Then she said, "Yes!!! Sir!!!" Then Guru Maharaj asked me to get Nrsimha Oil. Then he asked me to apply it to him. Then he said, "Now apply to her." Then he asked her to smell it. And she was also reluctant first. But she smelled it. And it was very fragrant. Then she asked "What is it Sir?" I said, "Nrsinga Oil". Before she react, "Guru Maharaj said, "It is NURSING OIL it is for nurses. I will apply to everyone of you, all the nurses." Then he said, "This is also a gift, this is also prasadam and also medicinal." Guru Maharaj being a spiritual maste; somehow he want to give her mercy. But we didn't inform to Guru Maharaj that, she ignored the prasadam. But, he found another way to give her the mercy. And he asked her, "do you have obstacles in your life?" She said, "Lot of obstacles." This oil can remove all those." And then Guru Maharaj asked, "Do you want me to pray for you?" SHe said, "Yes Sir!!!" Guru Maharaj asked again, "Do you want to pray for only today or every day?" She said, "Every day Sir!" Then Guru Maharaj said, "Ok! Then you fill up details in my Prayers Book. I will pray for you every day." Then we gave Guru Maharaj's interview notebook. Guru Maharaj went to sleep for 30mins. Then we called her to do BP check up. Then she gave the book. And Guru Maharaj asked me read what she have filled up. And in that she written, "Hare Krishna!"

Then Guru Maharaj asked her about her family etc. This time she started to call "Guru Maharaj!" And every time she was uttering "Guru Maharaj!" Then Guru Maharaj asked her, do you have spiritual father. And Guru Maharaj said, "I am there for you!" She was so happy. And she said, "I don't know why! But I am happy to call you as Guru Maharaj! Rather calling you as Sir! But due profission we call Madam! Sir! But calling you as Guru Maharaj is very pleasing." And I was amazed. These are all amazing Lilas happening infront of our own eyes.

And Guru Maharaj was speaking with Janakiram pr and Guru Maharaj asked about his parents. And he said, "My father and mother are now having high sugar. Then Guru Maharaj gave advise, how they can reduce this and keep it under control. It was wonderful to see, how Guru Maharaj was very much caring in that state in Hospital also.

Then Guru Maharaj had a small meeting call over phone with TOVP Exhibit team. And then he took his dinner and chanted his Gayathri. By the time it was 10pm. So the next shift devotees entered and we have to move out. So, we took the leave from Guru Maharaj and left the Hospital. (Personal Diary - Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(10/OCT/2014) Today we reached hospital at 1:30pm. And morning shift devotees headed by Deva Gauranga Pr completed their shift and we started our afternoon shift.

Ruci-rangata pr shift leader and I am his assistance. We started feeding lunch to Guru Maharaj. New nurse boy (Angur Joshi) was there in the shift from Hospital for nursing. Guru Maharaj asked his name and it's meaning, seeing us calling Guru Maharaj, he also started to call "Guru Maharaj ji!!!" And paid obeisances by touching Guru Maharaj lotus feet. Like this all the nurses were doing, Tarun (Morning Shift) Virbal (Night Shift). Everyone will first touch Guru Maharaj's lotus feet. It is very wonderful to see the instant or instinct culture of India.

Then Guru Maharaj got ready to sleep. Then he said, he will record a question for Mercy Contest. And for the laSt question only one mathaji wrote a answer and Guru Maharaj said, it is partially correct. Then Guru Maharaj asked me to Brihat Bhagavatamrita. But somehow the iPad battery was low. And I said to Guru Maharaj. Then i put it on charge. But, Guru Maharaj was saying, "Brihat Bhagavatamrita only can give me sleep..." i said, will read it to you later and asked forgiveness for this inconvenience. Then  after sometime, Guru Maharaj went into a deep sleep. Due to his tiredness.

Then he got up at 7:00pm. And at 8:00pm Guru Maharaj took his dinner. Ruci-rangata pr preparig and gave and I was feeding Guru Maharaj. Then Sri Vallabha pr, Vijaya Venu Gopal Pr and Acintya Caitanya Pr came to see Guru Maharaj. And one by one came and spoke with Guru Maharaj for five mins to ten mins. To Vijaya Venu Gopal Pr Guru Maharaj talked about devotee care committee meetings and presentation in GBC meeting, which is going to happen in Tirupati. Then Acintya Caitanya Pr spoke about his recent preaching tours. And how he is going to do Govardhana Parikrama with.devotees for Guru Maharaj. Etc...Then with Srivallbha pr, he spoke for some more time. Sri Vallabha pr gave the report of DamodaraDesh report of their preaching, and the inauguration of Damodar Month. Then he asked Guru Maharaj, "What do you want your disciples to do now for you in this condition, how we should pray?" THEN Guru Maharaj replied, "They shouled pray, "If it is so pleasing to Krishna..." Like this. And I don't want to take their whole 100% results. So I pray, "Whatever they are giving 50% will go back to them." And then Guru Maharaj continued, "if they become serious and do their sadana, preaching, devotional service seriously, then automatically I will become alright." And then Guru Maharaj also said, "One young girl said to me, "I will suffer for you, I will take this suffering, or asking Krishna give me all those sufferings I will take it." One should not pray like that... So this question of Sri Vallabha pr is timely question and answers will certainly help devotees to do proper prayers.

Guru maharaj want to give back the 50% of the results that is dedicated to him, is just because he wanted us to develop in Krishna Consciousness. This he said, once to one as I remember.

Then Guru Maharaj was telling to all of them about his diet and the present condition, etc... And at 10:00pm. Out shift time got over. Golokeswara Govinda Pr entered. Today he came late, so Damodara arati was not performed in our shift time. Mostly Guru Maharaj will do it in third shift. We left the Hospital by 10:30pm to ISKCON Temple. Again tomorrow afternoon 2pm, we will join back in the service. Many leaders are slowly coming and visiting Guru Maharaj. And other servants also slowly we are assembling here for the service. As we all came to know as said by Ekanath Gaura Pr, Guru Maharaj will be here in Delhi for few more weeks... We all pray to Krishna, Gauranga... For our Guru Maharaj's speedy recovery... Jai Gurudev! (09/OCT/2014) - ILBS Hospital, New Delhi

Today morning I had some work to do for Sri Guru Prasanga (Tamil Magazine). Then I went to Sri Sri Radha Partha Sarati temple and took darshan and prayed for Guru Maharaj's health. Then I was waiting to go to Hospital to join in my afternoon shift. But somehow it delayed and delayed our car didn't come to pick us. We were waiting with Prasadam for the secretaries and servants. Then finally at 3pm our car came and reached hospital by 3:45pm. Guru maharaj was just getting back to his bed after his prasadam. And he was too tired. I can say extremely tired. Then we made him to lay down on the bed and no matter of time he went into deep sleep. Then from 4 till 7:30pm, he was in a deep sleep. Then we woke him up.

During that time Maha Varaha Pr told that, In the morning hours Guru Maharaj had endoscopy tests. Later when Guru Maharaj got up, Ramya Vrindavan Mathaji and Dr. Rajeev came to see Guru Maharaj with Mangala Arati Narasimha scented cotton and garland from the deities. And offered it to Guru Maharaj. Then Guru Maharaj was telling to them about his morning tests. And he said, "Due to that tests I was fasting till noon." So Guru Maharaj had his Prasadam at lunch time. So he was too tired.

Then in the evening Chief Doctor. Shiv Sankar Shrin came to see Guru Maharaj. And he said to Guru Maharaj, "Only patience always lying on bed. Swami ji! You are not a patient you should sit up. And eat nicely and do exercise." The doctor always sounds so positive. Guru Maharaj like him very much.

Then Golokeswara Govinda Pr and Madhava Kanta Pr reached with Guru Maharaj's dinner and Yashoda Damodar picture and ghee lamp. Then Guru Maharaj sat up to do Damodar arati. And the Doctors were discussing outside the door. Golokeswara pr said to Guru Maharaj that just  "we will clean you hand with water and you can do arati." But Guru Maharaj didn't listen, he wanted to do ajman, then we gave water to him on his hand and he did the ajman. And then he showed the arati. We thought we won't sing Damodarastakam; as outside some discussions going on. But Guru Maharaj started to sing the first stanza, then we continued the whoLe song. Guru Maharaj very much happy to do the arati. And we have one lamp for Guru Maharaj. So when Guru Maharaj show lamp, we usually touch him, it symbolic that we also did. So we all touched his hand, and I was holding him to be sitting straight, so I was holding his shoulder. It is really interesting (may be we can say, this one thing) here in Hospital. I don't want to see him in this Hospital. I prayer to Lord Damodar, please give him good health and release him from this Hospital, he will show lamp in your temple.

Then today also, I got the opportunity to feed dinner to Guru Maharaj. Madhava Kanta Pr cooked. And then Guru Maharaj had discussion with Ekanath Pr and Madhava Kanta Pr about his diet. Later Guru Maharaj told me, read to me Brihat Bhagavatamrita and other books everyday. I am getting more sick. From tomorrow in my shift, whenever possible. I will try to read for him. I know, as we all know, when we read scriptures Guru Maharaj will be transcendentally transcend these situations.

Then Golokeswara Govinda Pr and one local devotee Rama Keshava Pr (assisting Golokeswara pr) in night shift. And we left to ISKCON DELHI Temple. At least tomorrow I wanted to be early. But in Hospital Doctor made strict rule that, not so many in service and we all should use gloves and mask, to avoid any infections and to be very clean, while serving Guru Maharaj in Hospital. So we all stick to our shift timings.

Today Nanda Priya Mathaji told me after reading my yesterday's diary that I missed one point, then I remembered. "Yes! I missed it." And it is very, very important one. Gu r u Maharaj showed her his legs and showed the swelling of the legs and said, "This is not my sin, it is all my disciples karma...." And she reminded me this sentence. Yes! It is 200% true. He has nothing to suffer. But he took a lot to suffer. To make us happy. At least all merciful Lord given us this opportunity to do something back to our this great personality, our Guru Maharaj. By praying for his speedy recovery and doing more round for him. And offering our Karthik Month results to him. Or whatever spiritual credits possible. We can pay our first installment of our gratitude at his lotus feet.

Praying to Lord Narasimhadev, who is Bhakta-vatsala to come and save Out Beloved Guru Maharaj from this condition and give him good health to preach HIS (Krishna's) glories all around the world. (Personal Diary - Shyama Rasika Dasa)

(08/OCT/2014) - New Delhi in ILBS Hospital.

I reached New Delhi last night and I couldn't meet Guru Maharaj, who got admitted in ILBS Hospital. And Madhava Kanta Pr put me on the afternoon shift. So I stayed in our ISKCON Temple. And today noon time Dr. Achyutananda pr, Ruci-rangata pr and myself we started from temple to hospital to see Guru Maharaj and to join in our afternoon shift. From morning Madhava Kanta Pr was going up and down to hospital and to temple and purchase, cooking and organising prasadam for servants, etc. And he is really super busy from morning till night he hit the bed.

One mathaji from Chennai (Dentist) Nanda Priya Mathaji also followed us with her cousin to take Guru Maharaj darshan. And we reached the hospital. Guru Maharaj just too shower and came out. Dr. Achyutananda pr and Ekanath Pr were discussing with Guru Maharaj about different doctor's reports. Since Guru Maharaj got VIP room, and superior doctor given all the green signals for Guru Maharaj's facilities, such as Guru Maharaj said, "I will take only prasadam. And I won't take hospital food." The doctor said, "I will also join with you." And they have given a room for Secretaries to stay. And any time servants can come and go. Like this they were very kind and friendly to Guru Maharaj as he is very, very special person. These things said by Guru Maharaj this afternoon.

And Guru Maharaj was lying down on his bed. And he saw me, I was at his lotus feet. He was discussing some other topic, suddenly he said, "He knows all the secrets... He knows... And he said, what happened to the Caitanya Mercy Contest..." Then one nurse came to remove the bandage and do the dressing. Then Dr. Rajeev came. He asked Gur u Maharaj, "How was your sleep last night Maharaj ji?" Guru Maharaj replied, "I slept keeping my head on southern side, so I had a good deep sleep." Then Guru Maharaj started to explain to him why we have to choose the directions to sleep. Gurun Maharaj said, "Once when Lord Siva's son's head got cut off. He order his followers to get the head of any living entity keeping their head towards North and sleeping. So they found one Elephant sleeping keeping it's head towards North. So they cut that head and kept that head for Lord Ganesh." And then Guru Maharaj supported the points scientifically also, "I read an article by a Ph.D person who did a research and wrote a thesis on the sleep and direction. In that he slept on different directions and did the ECG and other kinds of tests and finally concluded that North is the direction worst to sleep, and West is Second worst. Then East is the best and South is second best." Then Guru Maharaj asked Dr. Rajeev. "Which direction do you sleep?" Then he replied, "Really I have to check it out." Then Guru Maharaj gave some mercy or instruction that, "You are already a doctor for the body, but you should become doctor for the soul." And Dr. replied, "You are that Doctor." And Guru Maharaj said, "Every doctor should become a doctor for soul also." Then Guru Maharaj asked him, how many rounds you are chanting (as he is already chanting...) Then he said, "I am chanting 4 rounds. But past 4 days I am chanting 8 rounds and for the Karthik Month I will chant 12 to 16 rounds, due to your presence and mercy."

Then nurses came and applied some medicines on Guru Maharaj's legs and covered it with bandage cloth. During that time two nurses, one is Manu and another one is (some Christian name) her shift was getting overy and Manu was joining in her afternoon shift. Guru Maharaj said, "You didn't chant any names of the God?" Then I asked Sita Ram pr (Perth) to chant and they followed him by repeating the Maha Mantra once. While chanting he made little very slight mistake. But they did perfectly. Immediately Guru Maharaj said, "You both chanted better than Sita Ram..." Everyone laughed.

Okay! Nanda Priya Mathaji and her cousin came in and Ekanath Pr introduced her as a Jps Communication facilitator, and going to take up that service. Etc. And then she introduced her cousin Sweta Sri, who is a lawyer. And Guru Maharaj asked her, "How many rounds are you doing?" She was completely new; she just accompanied her cousin. Then she said, "Nothing, and I don't know." Then Guru Maharaj asked, "Can you do one round a day?" She said,"I will do?" Then Guru Maharaj gave her his interview note book and asked her to fill up the details. Meanwhile, Nanda Priya Mathaji asked her cousin to wait out side. Then she slowly moved. Immediately Guru Maharaj asked, "Where are you going?" Nanda Priya Mathaji said, "I asked her to go." "Why?" Then after reading the her forum, Guru Maharaj explained what it is mean Siksha Guru? I was really amazed, how even in the first look, he made them to accept to chant one round everyday. What is there to amaze?...

Then after sometime Nurse Put some eye drop to take some tests. After putting that, Guru Maharaj's eye ball (carnia) it got big, and Dr. said, "avoid seeing bright things, you will see everything bright." And after that Guru Maharaj saw us and said, "Oh, you are all very efflugent now.... wow!" So as per doctor's advice we switched off all the lights and dimmed it.

Later, Anuttama Pr (GBC - Chairman) ISKCON Communication minister visited Guru Maharaj. And it was a wonderful conversation. It was something different always, when Guru Maharaj speak with his God-brother. First Anuttama pr explained about Kanpur temple opening, and said after 6 months, completing whole temple marble works. They will keep one more inauguration. So he asked Guru Maharaj that, you can attend it during that time. And he said about the Indian Prime Minister's visit to USA and Narendra Modi's topic came. And Guru Maharaj said, "A month back I wanted to send one letter to Indian Prime Minister, and I gave for Transcription and to send to him. In that I mentioned to things. One thing is giving our Bhagavad-Gita to him for distribution and in different languages. His Holiness Gopal Krishna Goswami Maharaj came yesterday and said it is already done. Another thing I want to convey is that, he should say to the peopLe who ask question, why are you presenting Bhagavad-gita, why not bible or other religion books. He should say, this is india's heritage. And it is spoken here in India. And every indian should have Bhagavad-gita irrespect of the religion that they are following." And then Anuttama pr was saying about his visit to Valmiki ashram near Kanpur and other places near by. Then Yudhister Govinda Pr also said, "Government give so much concession for the employees who want to go to North East India for vacation." Then Guru Maharaj said about Parasurama Kunda in Assam and Arunalachala pradesh border. Lord Parasurama after killing Kshatriyas for 21 times, his axe didn't go from his hands due to the karma of Killing. Then he took bath in this kunda and he got rid of that karma." Like this so many holy places Gu r u Maharaj started to list, dwaraka, a big city is under water. And it is consider as big as a city in Europe (I don't remember the name). And he also mentioned about Rama sethu from Rameshvaram to Srilanka. And he also mentioned about Lord Jesus Tomb in kashmir, and other Christian and bhuddhist holy places in India has to be preserved by the Government, in this way for those who live as NRI in future we can show this is our India and our culture. As Guru Maharaj was not able to see even small lights, due to the new eye drop for hospital check up. He just covered his eyes. And then in his right hand through his nerves, medicine was injected and yesterday they injected on left hand. So he called and asked me can able to see me breathing. Myself and Sita Ram pr said, "Yes we can see!" "Okay! Count each breath in as one mantra." Then like this Guru Maharaj was chanting his rounds.

Haridas Caitanya pr, came to see Guru Maharaj to take his blessing to go Vraja Mandala Parikrama. And asked forgiveness to for his knowingly or unknowingly committed offenses at Guru Maharaj's lotus feet. Then Guru Maharaj said, "Okay! Forgiven!" Then he said, "All the sankirtan devotees from Mayapur doing Vraja Mandala Parikrama, they keep your (Guru Maharaj's) picture with them. Then they offer all the credit of this Parikrama to Guru Maharaj." And Guru Maharaj said, "He will record and send a message to Parikrama devotees...

Then in the evening one disciple came to see Guru Maharaj and he spoke with Guru Maharaj for almost 30mins. And Guru Maharaj gave different solutions to his problems. Then he asked Guru Maharaj, I have a house in Vrindavan for past 4 years. But I couldn't stay even 3 days in Vrindavan. Due to my work, etc. What should I do? Then Guru Maharaj said, "One can buy house, Bangloo, or whatever, but one cannot by Vrindavan. It is Purely Radharani's mercy. To get Her mercy, first you have to get Lord Caitanya and Lord Nityananda's mercy. You first attend Navadvipa Mandala Parikrama. Then you will get the mercy of Lord Caitanya, who is Krishna Himself with Radharani's mood. Then you will receive Her mercy and then you can easily enter into Vrindavan." Then that disciple immediately said, "This year itself I will come and attend Parikrama in Mayapur."

Later senior doctor and visit Guru Maharaj and discussed with Guru Maharaj about his health. Guru Maharaj asked something in medical terms when doctor was discussing, immediately doctor said, "Oh! My patient to too intelligent, I have to read more to answer him. He knows all these subjects."

Evening 6:00pm lunar eclipse was over. And Guru Maharaj was hungry. And we called Madhava Kanta Pr for prasadam. And he just started to cooking. Then he reached around 8pm. Then we prepared for Guru Maharaj to take dinner. Then Golokeswara Govinda Pr brought ghee lamp and Yashoda Damodar picture. And Guru Maharaj showed ghee lamp to Lord Damodara and we all showed along with Guru Maharaj, just by touching him. And Dr. Rajeev and few doctors also joined and showed lamp. We sang Damodarastakam. And it was very, very blissful.

Then I got the opportunity to feed Guru Maharaj dinner. Then he went to bed at 10pm. And for all of us, Madhava Kanta Pr cooked and brought prasadam to hospital. We all took prasadam. Maha Varaha Pr and Ekanath Pr staying there with Guru Maharaj next to his room. Even though there is not enough facilities. And Golokeswara Govinda Pr is with Guru Maharaj in night shift.

Somehow, my diary become too lengthy. I just remembered only this much. Actually so much happened. And today Guru Maharaj gave the next question for Mercy Contest.

What to say? Our Guru Maharaj is always wonderful. Even if he is sick. I am also bewilder, where he is getting this energy. As we know the source. He just spoke with everyone, in this condition.
