Today I got up by 8:00am. And rushed to
Guru Maharaj's flat. Because, one of our God-brother Gunavan Nitai Prabhu begot
a baby girl last month and he sent a mail to Guru Maharaj for the blessings and
name selection for that little devotee. But somehow, due to Guru Maharaj's busy
travelling schedule it didn't happen. But, at last he reached the point that
today morning in his home they organised for name giving ceremony and he
requested me to get the name before that time... "Please try to get
it" And on the same day last month one of our God-sister from Bengal also
delivered baby girl. So both need name. When I reached Guru Maharaj he was
taking his breakfast. I paid my obeisances and just waiting for a moment to get
a chance. Then few Bhakti Vriksha members came to take Guru Maharaj's darshan
and he was distributing sweets to them, and talking to them. It was 9:30 am.
And I was thinking, we should not force Guru Maharaj; and I don't know how to
help our poor God-brother who is sitting in a yajna and waiting for his
Spiritual master's mercy. And I was thinking; if Guru Maharaj would have been
in his good health. He must have replied his mail. But our Guru Maharaj is
depending on secretaries and servants. And somehow we became the via media
externally. So, I was just waiting for the moment. One mathaji from Bangladesh
took shelter; it was 9:45am. Then everyone left Guru maharaj room. Guru Maharaj
said, "I will take some rest and then go to ISKCON Temple." Then I
was helping him to go to rest. Then Guru Maharaj asked me to read the mails
from jpssecrets@Gmail.com. So I started to read one by one; and Guru Maharaj
was discussing about the wrong answers. And how we should make this contest.
Everyone should aware of it. And how to use whatsapp? How much it is practical.
And it was 10:00am. Now there was few seconds silent; I used that moment and
requested Guru Maharaj for one min before he go to rest. He said okay, then u
said, this is the issue. Then he said, read out the name one by one. Then I was
reading one by one. Guru Maharaj selected five names. One name Guru Maharaj
said, "Nadia Prema" - Love for Nadia. I hope that the parents would
have selected the same out of five. Then we put him to rest.
Then Guru Maharaj got ready and went to
Kolkata ISKCON Temple. And while going in the car Guru Maharaj was telling
about the third question for Sri Krishna Caitanya Mercy Contest. And it was
becoming much more difficult question. Anyhow, you will all see it in few days

We reached ISKCON Temple, Guru Maharaj
was there today for two purposes one is to take the divine darshan of Their
Lordship Sri Sri Radha-Govinda. Another reason is legal problem with ISKCON
Temple. The neighbour failed a false case against ISKCON. But the only witness
to this case is our beloved Guru Maharaj. So Guru Maharaj came to see the
temple permissive area with legal team. They were discussing about first lease
agreements etc; and Guru Maharaj was answering everything from his finger tip.
But they were discussing about 1971. Every time he make me astonish. 1971
January Tamal Krishna Goswami Maharaj and Guru Maharaj got this place for rent.
And later in the month of May they got into the agreement for tenancy. So Every
month ISKCON have to pay 1000 Rs. While this discussion was going on. Guru Maharaj
turned to his right and asked the president Acharya Ratna prabhu, "Is it
possible for you to pay every month 1000 Rs." Everyone laughed. He said,
"Yes Guru Maharaj!" I was helping other devotees to understand Guru
maharaj's speech. And then Guru Maharaj went Srila Prabhupada's room and took
darshan and was praying to Srila Prabhupada. Then we entered via diety kitchen.
So Guru Maharaj said, I want samples from Raja Bhago of Sri Sri Radha Govinda
(To check the standard of deity worship). Guru Maharaj took darshan before this
meeting. While he was taking Darshan, Ekanath Gaura Prabhu was doing Kirtan.
Then we left temple and Guru Maharaj sat on car. And then President was
requesting Guru Maharaj to come for programs here in Kolkata. So Guru Maharaj said,
may be in August. So he requested Guru Maharaj to come for Balaram Appearance
day. Even though Acharya Ratna Pr is His Holiness Radhanath Swami
maharaj's disciple, he call our Spiritual master as Guru Maharaj every time;
many just call as "Maharaj! Maharaj!" But he call Guru Maharaj. Guru
Maharaj was happy with him. And Dharesh prabhu who was with us in the car, he
commented that, "it is really impressing how Acharya Ratna Pr is calling
Guru Maharaj! Guru Maharaj!" Then we were prepared to leave, but due
to traffic our car didn't move even a inch. Then immediately Acharya Ratna Pr
"President" ran into the street and stopped the cars; and moving
police Barry gates and stopping the cars to enter in that road; so that Guru
Maharaj's car can go. I was amazed to his service attitude and love towards our
beloved Guru Maharaj.
Then we reached to our flat at 2:00pm.
Then Guru Maharaj entered his room to take his lunch prasadam. I took my lunch
and left to Servant's flat to take rest. As I was very much tired. While
lifting Guru Maharaj's wheel chair, I got little back pain. So I felt, I should
take rest.
But I missed the evening program as it
was rainy. And I was not able to get any taxi. And Guru Maharaj was in Guru
Sadhai Building for meeting. I was trying to contact devotees to find out Guru
Maharaj's status. But they said, due to rain Pandal program may get
cancelled..?
Today, I was thinking how much it is imporrant to use every moment with Guru Maharaj! And how much, he is merciful. Morning when that Bangladesh Mathaji took.shelter, he blessed everyone, she took her mobile.phone and showed a picture of her child and said, please bless my child also, who is in Banglades. Guru Maharaj blessed with Jagannath's stick. The person, who is completely living for other's welfare, somehow he is trying to take us back to Godhead risking his own life and comfort and everything... just to please Srila Prabhupada. He said one time, "I don't want to go and stand in front Srila Prabhupada alone. I want to take all of you with me; as many soul as possible. Then Srila Prabhupada will be pleased with me."
