Today morning I woke up at
9:00am. Opened my eyes, I saw Sri Sri Radha - Madhava's tower. I
rushed to see Guru Maharaj; just to pay obeisances and go to Archives to see
this month's bengali Sri Guru Prasanga edition. Before entering his room, i saw
His Grace Jananivas Prabhu sitting outside; and waiting to convey some message
to Guru Maharaj. He was speaking to Bengali devotees. And our Deva Gauranga Pr
was also there, then I went and heard why prabhu is waiting for? Then he said
the reason. Fatik Chateerji, who was the sevaka, taking care of Rajapur Jagannath.
But now his daughter want to keep his statue in the Temple. And she heard some
speaker spoke that, because they don't have money, they gave the worship to
ISKCON. So she is very much upset. And now she want to meet Jayapataka Maharaj.
When I entered his room, he just woke up and still on bed, doing bed exercise.
Since yesterday was a long journey and reached middle of the night. So he is
completely tired. I paid my obeisances and got up and went near to Guru
Maharaj; He asked me how are you? Same time I also asked him how are you? It
was wonderful; I said, "I am fine." Then I conveyed the
matter about Rajapur to Guru Maharaj, then he said, i can talked to them in the
noon time. Then he asked me to read the answers from jpssecrets@Gmail.com. Since
it was a easy answer, every devotee gave a right answer. Some even wrote full
pastime (hmm! Copy paste) More than 30 mails. Most of them wrote same
pastime. I was reading the same pastime again and again for 20 times at
least. But Guru Maharaj was hearing and tears were flowing from his eyes. He
was in ecstasy... Then he got up and gave the question for today. And he asked
me, "Easy or Difficult?" I said, "Moderate". Then he gave a
question which is very very easy...
Then i showed him a copy of Sri Guru
Prasanga Magazine in 30 seconds; I asked the archives devotee to reach it ti
Lotus Building.
I was holding Guru Maharaj's hand and
he touched my belly, and was playing; I said, "8 months Guru Maharaj"
He asked me, "when will be the delivery" I said, "it is going to
be eternal Guru Maharaj." Guru Maharaj was laughing and laughing... I
said, "This is the gift, I got from Mayapur. Eating fat rice,
I became fat." Then Guru Maharaj touched his stomach and showed me, Yes!!!
Again every one started to laugh. And devotees started to give some ideas; how
reduce your belly.
Then @ 2pm Guru Maharaj went for the
inauguration ceremony of Ulta Ratha-Yatra. And these Fatik - Chateerji family
members also accompanied him. And in the stage, His Holiness Subhag Swami Maharaj,
His Holiness Veda Vyasa Priya Maharaj and Bengal Coniston Star and local
politicians and other leaders were present. Guru Maharaj addressed Thousands of
people who were gathered for this festival. He told the pastimes of Rajapur
Jagannath how He came to ISKCON etc. And then Guru Maharaj went and inaugurated
the Ratha with other Maharajs, guests and Fatik Chateerji family members. And
then Guru Maharaj swept the path in front of Lord Jagannath. After all the
ceremonies. Guru Maharaj went to part in the Mayapur some meetings.
Then I was not with Guru Maharaj till
evening 7pm. I was working on some audio editing. Then Guru Maharaj got
ready to go to Mayapur. And we came down and Guru Maharaj took the
darshan of Sri Sri Radha Madhava AND Deities. Then we went to Rajapur. It
was wonderful darshan? Lord Jagannath having golden hands, lotus feet.
Guru Maharaj took darshan and offered ghee lamp and Pujaris kept Lord's paduka
(shoes) on his head and blessed him. Then Guru Maharaj went three times around
the temple, and did Parikrama. Then he took his dinner over there in Rajapur
and for all the servants, they arranged Lord Jagannath Maha Prasadam. (I only
ate 2 chapattis and one Mango and two pieces of Jack fruit and some milk
sweets." Wonderful prasadam.
And we came back to Mayapur by 10:15
pm. And Guru Maharaj went to bed at 12:00am...
When I reach Mayapur; due to Archives
service; I just miss many wonderful moments... but I am trying my best to
utilise his presence and his association as much as I can and when he goes out
of Mayapur; those moments will stay with me and wait for his arrival back to
Mayapur. Today Guru Maharaj is little bit ill, so everyone pray for his good
